She is a story-teller, a design thinker, a leader in innovation strategy and product development, who graduated from MIT. She is a social entrepreneur with extensive work in India and United States. Honey is a multiple award winner including the prestigious "Inventor of the Year" 2016 in San Francisco. Honey has developed and delivered outstanding products, including Embrace a low-cost baby warmer which has saved over 200,000 babies across 22 countries. Embrace has got multiple awards and accolades including The Economist Innovation Award, Schwab 2013 Social Enterprise of the Year, and the INDEX: Design to Improve Life Award. Apart from Embrace, her kitty consists of products such as Alexandria - an emergency response device for the deaf and hard of hearing (2016), Kisana – an application for farmers to boost agricultural productivity (2007), a manual and solar-powered water-filter for army jawans that converts snow into drinking water (2006), and a device for autistic children to read.
